Ownership
The Druzen Live software, interface, branding, written content and original visual presentation are proprietary works owned by Lauren Tucker, subject to any applicable third-party and open-source rights.
Commercial licensing
Druzen Live may be offered to customers through paid monthly subscriptions. A subscription grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service for the subscribed period. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding or intellectual property.
Restrictions
Unless separately agreed in writing by Lauren Tucker, customers may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, redistribute or create derivative commercial versions of Druzen Live.
Written agreement required
Pricing, service levels, cancellation, refunds, acceptable use, data protection and customer-specific rights must be stated in the subscription terms accepted at purchase. No licence is granted merely by viewing this page.
